The myth of Heracles, a.k.a. Hercules, is one of the first stories I remember reading as a little kid.

.. and sometimes, as I roamed, it seemed like the green was watching and aware of me too.

I like to spend time wandering through bookstores, just to see what I can find.

The Philemon Foundation published Carl Jung’s very rarely seen Red Book (also known as Liber Novus). A few weeks ago I was finally able to get a copy, and I am fascinated.

I just bought a book called “Truth Myth Extinction” by the Portland, Oregon artist Jesse Reno.

The Sandman is a comic book series written by Neil Gaiman and published by Vertigo.

Picasso has always been a favorite artist of mine.

Athena is recognized as the goddess of civilization, wisdom, arts & craft, inspiration & creativity, strategy, skill, strength, & justice.

I like this spooky season, partly because I feel justified in posting my illustration of Frankenstein’s monster. I finished this years ago, but I’m still really happy with it. Especially when October rolls around.

I mentioned last week that I’d been thinking of self-publishing some of my work. Well, I’ve started by collecting a couple of series that I finished over the last year or so!
